SRL-W300/1000, SRL-W500/1600, SRL-W800/2500, SRL-W1000/3000,etc.
- High speed mixing motor inverter started
- High speed parts 3 methods temperature increasing: material self-friction/electric heating/conduction oil heating
- Material discharge 2 methods: temperature controller automatic release/mixing time control
- The parts contact with raw material are all made of stainless steel 304 and mirror polishing treatment
- The barrel covers and three direct links made of cast aluminum
- The bearing chambers with special designs for the lubricating oil injection
- Driving motor over current protection design
- PLC touch screen control system can be choosed for the high automatic control requirement
- Special designed mixing axis design can avoiding the raw material leaking from the barrel
- Mixing paddles after strict balance test.
Main Configuration for PVC powder mixer unit
- Mixer barrel adopts 5-8mm stainless steel, bottom adopts 6mm stainless steel, it's stronger and durable. some factory use only 3mm stainless steel, the cost is cheaper, but it's not durable, the mixing barrel will wear off after some time.
- The frame of mixer made by 12mm channel steel which are stronger and more durable. some factory only use 10mm channel steel
- The bottom support steel plate adopts 20mm steel sheet, most factory only use 14mm thick steel.
- The mixer exhausing filter adopts very good air filter used for car, the air exhausting effect is much more better than cloth bag filter.
- The cooling mixer's cooling belt is elaborately designed which can fast cool down the plastic materials.
- Hot mixer blades are well designed which can save mixing time by 2mintues for one batch.
- Adopts Gemany oil seal, make sure no oil leakage
