Raw Material Extrusion
A twin-screw system melts the PVC raw material and forms a closed cable tray through a mold.

A three-stage water circulation cooling system ensures dimensional accuracy of ±0.5mm.

Automatic Punching
A servo motor drives the punch to create the bottom hole with an accuracy of 0.1mm.

Cutting and Packaging
2-meter cut-to-length cutting and automatic strapping enable a daily output of up to 5 tons.
