This line features stable plasticity, high output, low sheering force, long life service, and other advantages.
The WPC PVC profile production line consists of the control system, conical twin-screw extruder, calibration unit, haul-off unit, cutter, film covering machine and stacker.
The extruder is equipped with an advanced AC inverter, and an imported temperature controller.
The calibration unit’s vacuum pumps and haul-off unit’s motors are famous brand products.
After a simple changing of the die and screw, it also can produce foam profiles.

Tractor

Cutting machine
The moving speed is synchronized with the tractor, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can be automatically cut to length, and it is equipped with a dust recovery device.
Vacuum sizing table
It adopts a special enlarged vortex flow cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping. According to different molds and sizing tables, 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters and other specifications can be selected to meet the requirements of high-speed extrusion.
Extruder
The screw design is adopted to make the polymer micro-foaming plasticized evenly and the output is high. Imported high-quality frequency converters with stable rotation speed are used to ensure the main machine’s and auxiliary machines’ synchronous operation.
