Introduction
1. Application and Scope of Application
PC tube extrusion machine is primarily used to produce: fluorescent tubes, LED tubes (LED fluorescent tubes), PC tubes, transparent two-color tubes, frosted tubes, and fluorescent lamps. Tube types include glossy, two-color, frosted, sandblasted, diffused, and semi-circular finishes.

Production Process
Raw materials → dedicated extruder → profile mold → vacuum shaping table → haul-off machine → in-line cutting machine → finished product stacking
Main Features: The extruder utilizes a dedicated extrusion screw with variable frequency speed regulation, enabling stable low-speed starts. A branded temperature gauge controls the temperature, accurately controlling it within ±1°C. Different machine sizes are available for various product specifications. The shaping table utilizes a stainless steel water tray and is equipped with a domestically produced vacuum pump. The haul-off machine utilizes a variable frequency control system and can be raised and lowered manually or automatically. The cutting machine utilizes a saw blade for positioning and cutting.

1) Main Unit: The main unit screw and barrel are made of new No. 3 steel, with ceramic or cast copper heaters. The main unit speed is controlled by an energy-saving variable frequency drive and an intelligent temperature controller. The motor is driven by a Siemens motor.
2) Main Unit Screw: φ35-φ65
3) Die Head: New No. 3 steel die.
4) 3-meter stainless steel vacuum water tank, adjustable in three directions (front, back, left, right, and up and down), offers easy operation, a beautiful appearance, and practicality.
5) Belt Tractor: The belt tractor has an effective length of 600mm and provides ample traction. It is driven by a Siemens motor, features variable frequency drive, and precision transmission components, ensuring a smooth and smooth traction.
