Utilizing the latest 2025 technology, the production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a haul-off unit, a cutting and laminating machine, and a material turning rack.

The cutting unit's travel speed is synchronized with the haul-off speed. All operations are rationally designed, ensuring stable operation and automatic cutting to length.
After replacing the screw and mold, foam profiles can be directly extruded, achieving superior results compared to single-screw extruders.
Depending on the mold, the haul-off unit is available in 4, 6, 8, or 11-meter lengths. Equipped with a parallel twin-screw main unit, it is particularly suitable for high-speed profile extrusion.
