UPVC Window Profile Machine Extrusion Line

UPVC window profile extrusion line is mainly used for extruding PVC door and window profiles, wide door panels, window sills, and multi-hole conduits (such as four-hole, six-hole, seven-hole, and nine-hole types). It adopts conical twin-screw extruders with necessary auxiliary machines, including mixing machine, lamination machine and so on.

The vacuum calibration table adopts a water-circulating sealed energy-saving vacuum system, equipped with centralized water supply and quick-change joints, which can realize easy, convenient and fast replacement of different types of forming molds; the pulling machine adopts a crawler traction machine, and the profile production items can ensure the stability and non-deformation of the profile extrusion process; the cutting device adopts a synchronous tracking structure, which can ensure that the cross-section of the product is flat and there is no chipping.
